*Professional Drunk Driver*

I recently reformatted my computer. After reinstalling FH (and BF2) I’ve been noticing some lag I haven’t seen before in either game. Its not ping related and I reinstalled BF42 and FH twice just to make sure I didn’t have a bad download. I believe it has to be something else. I have an AMD64 3800 dual core running two 7800GTXs. I have the tried the current as well as older drivers. I have two gigs of RAM and it all seems to be working. Is there anything I could be missing here? Also, does anyone know of a site with a good tweak guide for battlefield? I used one of those on my old computer (which was slow) and it made a difference.I have a feeling I am forgetting about some small detail.
Looking to buy a life.

- Check which programs you've installed in the mean time. - New peripherals you use now that you didn't before - Spyware scan, defrag, virusscan etc. - Install the AMD Dual Core fix from Microsoft - Test by setting the affinity of either program to one core It does sound an awful lot like a bad driver messing things up IMHO. Let us know how you fixed it :)
