Alright, that is strange...

Can we get the following information?

Go look in your "\EA GAMES\Battlefield 1942\Mods\FH\Archives" folder and look for "texture.rfa" and report its size (should be about 707 MB)

Next go and look in your "EA GAMES\Battlefield 1942\Mods\bf1942\Archives" and look for "texture.rfa" (94,3 MB)and "texture_001.rfa" (11,2 MB)

Now if those files aren't there or smaller, you have a faulty installation. I'd suggest, de-installing and (IF FH IS YOUR ONLY MOD INSTALLED) manually removing the BF1942 and subfolders to make sure they are empty. Then do a reinstall...

Important, you haven't posted it, but have you installed a realism texture/sound pack? Br├Ądworst pack in particular... Not that the two packs released for FH0.7 will do this, they work great. But it could be that it was corrupted and in turn corrupted you installation (texture_001 files in mind)

---------- Random question "Don't we have a HASH check on the FH install files?" ----------

Also information about which map you started would be nice. I don't know this for sure, but are there any issues with some maps and textures not rendering properly? I haven't seen any, other then on a few occasion faces of player models rendered white or showing the wrong LOD model. But nothing as severe as schelm posted...
