Thanks for the suggestions Natty. I was a bit worried about the fps in the town. An open building at Dolosomething (still don’t know the names…:uhoh:) is a good idea. The mountain bases are a bit empty because the Italians didn’t really ‘fortify’ their positions. I tried to recreate this to force the players to use the terrain rather than bunkers or trenches. The mountain bases are also the last part I worked on and the number of objects was getting pretty high.

yea I liked the terrain between the hills there, quite nice rifle-fights between those flags :)

Oh btw: IMO those flags should not be cappable with tanks... your AT guns have a problem hitting tanks that are close to the flag, so try to "frame" the flagzones.... by this I mean create a frame around them with obstacles etc that tanks cant pass.. but Infantry can... this encourage teamplay between inf and tanks also...

Check the town, what houses can you replace with closed ones? If the main level "route" (where player normally move) isnt through a house, keep it closed... save lots of performance...

ViewDistance is ok, 275m I think, no need to lower it... :cool:

Is it possible to have the PW or the d/l link was just for devs to test it?

The files on filefront are for the devs and betatester. The first public version of the map is almost finished. I only have to test the singleplayer some more and maybe make some final improvements. If all goes well I should be able to release it very soon.
