hi everybody, I am working on 2 maps since march. A north africa city map and a european bridge. That is the first time i am working on BF2editor and 3dsmax. I did not post any screen or questions untill now because i did not want to show maps that are not finished. I will only talk about the map which is the most advanced : the bridge, because i face an issue with python code for pushmap. I am using a template from official FH2 pushmaps such as supercharge64 or tobruk. I thought including the mapdata.py script in my map directory would make it. But everytime i am playing the map (local network or online) it crashes ... 5 sec or 20 seconds after round strats (no warning message except the FH2 crash report tool). This is the mapdata.py for sure because if i just delete it from my map folder it does not crash. Do you have an idea what can do that ? (bad flagname, a call to do from another file, ... ) Is there anything to add, i would have missed ? In attachment a screen of that map (wip) from the editor

Not sure what could be the problem but maybe you forgot to import the plugin. The first line of the mapdata.py should look like this: from game.plugins import plugin, push Or probably like this since you will most likely be limiting the AT-kits etc. from game.plugins import plugin, limitKit, push You also have to assign the code to a gamemode. The last lines should look something like this (depending on the gamemode and mapsize of your map): gpm_cq = { 64: kit_limits + push_64, 32: kit_limits, 16: kit_limits, } 'push_64' is the name of the code, example: push_64 = [ plugin(push, source = 'British_Base' , target = 'Market' , attacker = 2), ] That bridge look great btw.

Wow awesome! There can never be enough maps :) Already looks great and I know that the editor kills graphics.

It's crashing because you need a tmp.con file with this line:

run ../../objects/Common/CommonSpawners.con
