What I want to do is have the British side to capture 2 flags in a town so that a Panzer 4F1 spawn in Axis main base, but only when they capture both flags, same goes with it when Germany cpatures a Sherman spawn in Allied main base. But when both flags are not on the 1 sides team they will not retreive anything form the flags.

IS this possiable?

Yes, have a look at Sidi Rezegh as an example of this arrangement. You need two things:

1. A dummy controlpoint which you attach your spawner to. This should be placed below the terrain, and have its hud elements turned off. It shouldn't be placed near airfields. Best to just place it way out of bounds. 2. A line in your map's mapdata.py which controls ownership of this controlpoint. An example:

plugin(linkCPs, target = 'CP_64_SR_AlliedDefense', source = ['CP_64_SR_19FlakRegimentGefechtsstand','CP_64_SR_19FlakRegimentDepot','CP_64_SR_19FlakRegimentHKL']),

this line means the controlpoint CP_64_SR_AlliedDefense is given to the team which owns all of CP_64_SR_19FlakRegimentGefechtsstand, CP_64_SR_19FlakRegimentDepot and CP_64_SR_19FlakRegimentHKL. If these have mixed ownership, CP_64_SR_AlliedDefense is neutral. You can also include the invert option to flip ownership, like this:

plugin(linkCPs, target = 'CP_64_SR_AlliedAttack3', source = 'CP_64_SR_19FlakRegimentDepot', invert = True),

The controlpoint CP_64_SR_AlliedAttack3 is owned by the opposite team to that which owns CP_64_SR_19FlakRegimentDepot.

One thing the linkCPs plugin does not do is control the dummy flag's ownership at the start of the round so you must set this yourself.

I think you mis-understood my Question.

Lets say Crete for example, I want a 109 to spawen in the Axis Airfield when Allied captures Monastry and RearGraud(Lets say they were grey from the start),and when Axis captures it a Spitfire spawns at Aerodrome.Is this by any chance allowed in the editor?

deek its not in the editor. did you try to edit the .py file like described?

The BF2 editor alone isn't enough to do this for two reasons:

1. BF2 itself does not support having a spawner attached to two controlpoints. 2. Locked vehicles such as attack aircraft would be locked to the wrong team.
