i see Ha-go are they used to fight with T34/85s? (or IS2...hehe)

Well its a great start. :D They could use just abit more work on the ground textures. Especially large areas of grass, that all one texture of green doesnt look very good. Spray some splotches of lighter and darker green everywhere to break it up a bit. And alittle more detail on the roads/trails. Tire tracks and stuff. The shore lines need work too. Theres to straight an edge between grass and sand. Look at other FH maps and see how they've been done :) And perhaps a little more vegetation. Some grass objects here and there, and a few more bushes maybe. A few palm trees too maybe on the pacific map. This also helps with the textures. You dont want a map that looks to much like a golf coarse from lack of vegetation, and all cut grass. Just dont over do it.. hehe Other than that they look great, the terrain has a nice natural look to it. You're just down to the last fine details now, dont give up! Those will definately be good enough. :D

(or IS2...hehe)[/quote] tru. the russians have 1x IS2, no spawable AT or engineer and a rocket IL2. i gave the japs 2x N1k1s w/ bombs, spawnable heat gernades, turtle mines, and lots of hagos and chihas to balance the massive tank difference. thanx. i'll take that into consideration, but to my defense on august storm and blitzkrieg especially i re-textured the whole map with new grass textures before i took pictures which textured over my roads and runways. but dont worry i'll have them back up in no time.

Some good beginnings.

I especially like the hills on Tinian, most of the FH pacific maps are just too flat.

Here's my suggestions:

Tinian - needs a lot more vegetation, big rocks, those big FH bushes (Hedgerowgold1 through 4)...

Here are some pictures of the real Tinian Atoll

I like Blitzkreig, except that big ruined building in the middle of a forest looks out of place. Other than that, good map I look forwards to the finished version.

I like August Storm even more...a very northern Chinese industrial feel. my one suggestion is to take out the European houses and windmill. They look completely out of place in China.

Nice, but the texture needs a little variety, and I love the hills on August Storm, but map needs more vegetation imo. The bushes look a little neon imo in Tinian =p

I really cant wait for these, Ive been wanting a Japan vs Russia map for a loooong time :)

well i was going of the veg. on tulagi island. i'll change that too

The veg neon effect can be changed by adjusting the textures for them. Also they change when you run the shadowing tool. So dont worry about that yet, you can fix that up at the end. :)
