could the devs give some info about the buildings we'll be seeing in FH2? like height, width, how many open/closed buildings etc. all that you can think of :)
would be nice to know something about these so i can do some plans according to them :)
also, i assume you'll be transfering all the self made buildings from FH to FH2 of course?

All buildings have the same measurements as in real life. And the dev's won't (I think) tell you the height, width and howmany open/closed buildings they will produce.
That's right, also not every object can be transfered to Bf2 engine, I'm sure that every 0.7 objects will, for the rest we'll see...
yeah, i kinda hoped that a dev would answer me instead of the guessing patrols...

Duke of Holland is a beta tester afaik, he should have quite some understanding. Furthermore he is involved in Dönitz Arnhem program, making houses for it. So i guess you got the right one to answer here. :D
I just prefer solid information, instead of guesses like "i think" and obvious things like "buildings are the same size as in real life" ;)

well, the medium french farm is 10x15 m , 4m tall, has 2 doors, each 1x2 m and 10 windows 0.5x0.5 m
k, just kidding :p We really don't know what dimensions will our buldings have -we still don't have a full list list what we will make and even if we had, then we usually don't keep with any specific parameters (in contrast to Doenitz and Arnhem team ;) ). Artistic touch that is :D We may port some FH1 building, like Malsa's French houses, but this is also not certain, as Malsa prefers remodeling them to adapting them to the bf2 engine
I hope we'll see those french buildings again, they're looking pretty good.

Damn you Omni, I really should have shot you some more times during testing

That's the problem with Dönitz, he wants everything exactly :uhoh:

...as it was? That's the best thing what you can do for map's realism, historicaly accurate models and terrain. But models shows how much work have you put into the map, so keep it up! It's a pleasure to fight in the "same" place where the battle took place in real life. You're dooing great job on the models Duke!:nodding:
