I would like to know if there is possibility to make scoreboard so that is doesn’t show statistics of soldiers. In organized play score of individual player doesn’t matter but there is always some which are playing exclusively for score. So by eliminating statistic view we eliminate the need for players to play for score. So if it is possible to do this and someone knows how pleas help me.

I think you could change the text color and the background of that scoreboard to the same one so you wouldn't be able to see who got the gold medal and so on.

We thought about this but then realised it doesnt work since there are blue, red and green text, if I have Commander29 as buddy for example, I will see his score in green over the edited background .dds image... And how in the world do you edit the menu files...???

I know that Dice made one patch with not active scoreboard, but i don't know what was the number.

It's located in Menu.rfa archive.

Mmm yes well it's all there.. the problem is that menu is built from .dds files which are the background and then files without extension that calls certain commandos by the game... I dont know how to edit these files. I have tried the Menu Editor in MDTK 2.75 but made zero sense out of it...

Anyone know a good custom built menu editor for bf42, please tell me....

Try to open those files with editor or notepad to see what they contain. I never stumbled about a custom menu editor, wasn't ever specificly looking for one though.
