Eleblend * Eleblend is another program for texturing, it's also good to make new textures for buildings and such. Eleblend 8. Terragen * To make custom skies you better download this program : Terragen. It's shareware, you will be limited in filesize and some other stuff (but it's not important for making bf skies).

Is there another program supported for making 3D objects besides 3DSMax? I'm most acquainted with Worldcraft from the old Half-Life game and the like, so if there's any programs like (especially free ones), I could go to town and make just about anything.

Many, many thanks, my friend. Very nice of you to put this all in one place. Makes it infinitely easier for those such as myself who are late to the scene.

If anyone is looking for a good DDS convertor...... I've got one! it converts dds files into: bmp. jpg. jif. jpeg. png. psd. tga. Of course it converts all of these files into dds files too! (tga. to dds./dds. to tga. or jpg. in to bmp. ) I found it just by looking at " www.EFfiles.com ". I Found in in the top 10 downloaded! roll%20eyes%20%28sarcastic%29.gif here's the link: http://eliteforce2.filefront.com/file.info?ID=29412 (it's really funny the things you find..... )
