Not yet, first of all i will "have" to play FH 0.65 for quite some time, and i am also very bussu with school and modeling houses for my arnhem map. We (lighting and me) "might" make an updated version or we might not, nothing is sure yet. If one of you feels like updating our BC files then feel free to do so.

simply follow the instructions in the readme (put the files in your BC main folder, start a new map, make a new mod called FH and you are done). If you would like to make the map FH compatible that already has been made for bf1942 then simply move the map from your bf1942 maps folder to the fh maps folder . Then use the file archive tool, open the menu/init.con and change the game id to FH. For more info read the FAQ (also stickied).

Actually, I have one to add to the list. It's called Irfanview (www.irfanview.com), and it allows you to view and save many different kinds of files, including photoshop, heightmap, and many other files, including video and audio. The only downside is that other than cropping, color adjusting, sharpening and blurring, the program doesn't have any editing tools. But it's free.

Hmm, looks like many files can only be opened, and not saved. So much for the audio and video files. For video I just use the standard Windows XP Movie maker. For audio, I just use Goldwave. It's free. Once you get the registration messages, just close Goldwave and restart it. It will run forever (since you need to pay once you "register", which will never happen). I also use Photoshop. You can obtain it from external resources.

RFA explorer seems to act like a wrapper around some other programs like makeRFA. When I try to pack a RFA archive using RFA explorer, I get incorrect initializtion error from makeRFA. Anyone with similar bad experiences who know if there is some corrections I can make to work around this issue.
