Sure. I should include those from now on. Re-check the picture link, and I imported the citymesh_4 beside the new building.

Englishboyi think this house(or Building) would be a great one to model, it stands out so well

hmm maybe i will but i can fake that building by using the (closed) white berlin city building. Some buildings are really dutch and cant be resembled decently by any bf default object: the houses are either to big or don't look right (or both). Thanks for the tip though.

I came into contact with person who has some lots of information on Arnhem (1944), he even got me some plans of the bridge (the old one that stood there in 1944): http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v142/donitz/arnhem/brug1.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v142/donitz/arnhem/brug2.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v142/donitz/arnhem/brug3.jpg They are resized so i will ask him if he can send me the original scans. The numbers show no scale but i take it that they are in CM (centimeters , 100 centimeters equals 1 meter). Doorsnede = section, intersection Aanzicht = view Tussenhoofd = middle (bridge) head Eindhoofd = end (bridge) head pic 1 and 3 are exellent for making good bridgekeepershouses! (and the stairs). I'm sooo happy! w00tttttttttt11111111oneoneone full sized pics: ftp://duijn643@home.planet.nl/plans_of_bridge.zip Pics of the bridge (ped. stairs and pilars) today: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v...em/RIMG0013.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v...em/RIMG0012.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v...em/RIMG0011.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v...em/RIMG0009.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v...em/RIMG0007.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v...em/RIMG0006.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v...em/RIMG0004.jpg

I found my old house models. Both are the same model, but one of them is a wrecked model. Both are around 3200 and 3800 polys, so they need to be reduced. But if anyone wants to skin it anyway.. it would look real good.

No stairs? And the windows seem to be the poly problem, because honestly it isn't that detailed.

You can't see it very well because of the bad lighting, but it isn't very detailed anyway. I can't believe I actually forgot the stairs though.

At the moment i am modeling the buildings around the bridge, i will make most of the buildings next to the bridge and a couple of important buildings and a building that can be used on many parts of the map. In total i will be making around 15-20 custom buildings! The building that you can see in the screensots took me a day to model, but since i'm getting the hang of it new buildings will take less time to model. The house itsn't finished yet though, i need to add windows to the back, make the roff stick out and add a a window to the attic aswell.

Looks good but try to keep the buildings at a pretty good level of detail(atleast vanilla level of detail). Think you could show us a better shot, maybe a wireframe(I think that is what it is called).

See map: The buildings marked in red are (going to be) modeled for sure, the onces in green aee optional and will be modeled if i have time/enough experience. For now i'm planning on doing this myself but if somebody feels like modeling one or two houses it would be much appreciated. Other things that i will make are streetsigns (of all the major streets) and posters.
