Or if i leave the mods,PRMM and USI, in and uninstall bf2 then reinstall then install the 2 new mods will the other 2 still work.

When did they stop teaching english in Canada?

I did not understand shit of what you just said, but to install PoE2, what you need to have is:

BF2 BF2 v1.3 patch

If you have these, you don't have to install or uninstall anything. If you have BF2 v1.4 beta, you have to uninstall the game and then reinstall it with 1.3 patch.

Or do you mean, that if you have some mods currently installed and you unistall BF2, will the mods work after you reinstall BF2 without reinstalling the mods (of which folders you still have in the directory)? That, I wouldn't know, but I guess they work. Sure you could try it yourself?

Yeah those two mods just stay in the mods folder, as long as you install BF2 into the same directory as it was previously and don't delete the bf 2 folder they will still be working.

Sorry about the ahve again, did not mean to, i overlooked it by accident and anyway, ok so as long as the mods i already have stay in the mod folder im fine but see the thing is that i find if i install a mod of any type it seems that online some maps work and others dont and this is only fixed once i reisntall bf2. This hapened to me for FH0.7 to see. This time the mod doing this is OPK2, and i figured that since POE2 is coming i might as well wait for that mod and then reinstall BF2 for the both of them, but then the other mods worried so i posted this. But am i wrong and this does not actually fix this or is there another way to fix.

My suggestion is this. Everytime you download a mod burn it to disk. You know what Hawk, I re-read and I still am not sure what you are asking??? Im not sure why you would have to uninstall BF2 to install a new mod? That doesnt make sense, TBH, I havent gotten any mods for BF-2 yet, so maybe there is some new process. I only un-install BF if there is a problem. I have all mods burned to 1 single DVD and to keep things clean I completely re-install everything and delete file directories if I have to. But Im not going to play every single mod in one day. So I do the one I want to play today, maybe one tomorrow, on down the line. Best bet, download that stuff to DVD while you sleep. Tomorrow, You will have all mods saved for future use and if there is a problem, you have them in a pinch.

Yes i know that but i dont mind downlaoding i can go off play somethign else while something is downloading, most times it only takes an hour each download, it took 3 hours to get all 3 FH files for Bf42, it does not botehr me and i ahve plenbty of room on hardrive for em, its just that i ahve had to reinstall every game that i have downloaded a mod for most times, at least total conversions at least, i had to do so for FH. Anyway whatever, today once POE2 comes ouyt i will reinstall BF2 and then install OPK2 and POE2 and then try them and then see if my others work.
