the easiest way is to click"READ MORE" since they're big yellow letters and on the main site.I've just found this site-it's so great! so much info/photos! definately the best on this subject.Still examining...

"To begin with, I ran through the different Allied Air Forces which were operating in the desert war. Came the turn of the Poles. ' And what do you think about the Polish airmen?' I asked. 'Oh, them' replied the squadron Leader, 'they are fantastic - better than any of us. In every way they've got us all beat'." An excerpt from the book by Rosemary Curtis: "Winged Tenacity". and about 303 squadron by John Kent: " I cannot say how proud I am to have been privileged to help form and lead No. 303 squadron and later to lead such a magnificent fighting force as the Polish Wing. There formed within me in those days an admiration, respect and genuine affection for these really remarkable men which I have never lost. I formed friendship that are as firm as they were those twenty-five years ago and this I find most gratifying. We who were privileged to fly and fight with them will never forget and Britain must never forget how much she owes to the loyalty indomitable spirit and sacrifice of those Polish fliers. They were our staunchest Allies in our darkest days; may they always be remembered as such!" G/C John A. Kent DFC, AFC, Virtuti Militari

I would follow your link, but the last time I did, on the one about the BBC interviews, when I thanked you for introducing me to what I thought was a wonderful site, it somehow, somehow, pissed off somebody to the point that they did an al Queda-style sneak attack on my rep. Go figure.

Hope you think it wasn't me. You know, since I asked you for other links to the BBC website.
