I will be flying tommorrow to Hungary for a week or so. Visiting family etc.

I would also like to visit some museums around Budapest. Would there be anything I could get (pictures, perhaps other stuff) from the exhibitions or archives there? Also, are there any places I ought to visit especially for certain items?

I know the place, and will try my best.

My grandfather's neighbour's son works there...I could try to ask him about getting more detailed shots. My camera is not super though...

Anythign else?

A stupid spelling mistake prevented me from actually finding the solothurn gun. Otherwise I have plenty of uniform pics, and some extras. Such as a schwimmwagen, and some other stuff. I need to get the pictures from the camera, which is now being used by my sister.

I will be returning to Hungary on the 20th of September, and this time, I will be visit the museum properly. Last time I went with my grandfather, and for his sake, I didn't want to spend too much time there(he doesn't like walking). Also, next time I will try to take a tripod with me.

Cool...

Photo 12-13 - it's a Solothurn AT rifle, with optical sight. If it's possible we need close-up shots of this AT rifle - italian Solothurn is same. My walkaround of Solothurn from Poklonnaya Hill museum: http://dishmodels.ru/wshow.htm?p=172

Photo 14 - not sure, but it's can be 40M, 40-mm version of Pak 35/36. Detailed shots is welcomed.

Detailed shots of bicycle also welcomed. It's realy rare stuff.

And wither/summer uniform shots (panoramic front/left/back right and close-up) of hungarian army soldiers/officers is very useful. Romanian and hungarian uniform refs - it's real trouble...

Okay, I will get more info on the solothurn rifle, and perhaps a close-up on the sight itself. I am glad I got at least something right :P

About the pak, I will try to walk around it. As I said, I could take proper pictures of almost everything, if my camera would remain still. I had to use nasty flashes most of the time since the rooms weren't much lit, also a lot of the images came out blurry.
