I played it when some servers were still full. It was not bad, but kinda unfinished and unpolished. I will try it again when the patch comes out.

I liked BGF's tanks alot and most of their maps were nice but as Ts4EVER said it was still unpolished. I would play it more if there would be more players (SP ai is kinda dumb but its still fun).

What time was it when the servers were full, In Canada, for me around 3 to 5 o'clock, nobodies on...:bawl: And I agree with you on the unfinished/unpolished stuff, Ive read that the patch is going to have some pretty good improvements:D

I found and played Battlegroup42 (the Battlegroup Frontlines predecessor, for Battlefield 1942) before I found FH. I enjoyed it and admired it, thought t was great. I've often wondered what the result might be if FH, BG Frontlines and XWW2 joined forces. But I finally deleted all of BG stuff just yesterday. I just wasn't playing it anymore, even on SP, and it was just taking up space on my hard drive. Apparently few others are playing.

Hmm...I was thinking of downloading BG42...I was trying to find out what makes it different from BF1942 and FH0.7, and what makes BGF different from FH2...:p

BG42 sticks more to the original 1942 style of gameplay...but expands it a lot. Very fun mod to play really, I've been following it ever since it was a 3mb download.

I would say thet BG42 is halfway between Bf1942 and FH2 it still has a slightly arcadey feel, though this is not a downside. Had some great fun playing SP, the RtR version was my fave, i have that and 1.0 installed on my hard drive, swapping them over when i wanted to play one version or the other, will probably have to download the latest version.
