The game isn't finished so there is no way of knowing the system specs yet :uhm:, i would guess that you would need a somewhat better machine that what you need for bf1942/bf:vietnam. Perhaps something aloing the lines ehat FH requires right now?
No one knows as of yet but heres a good educated guess:
Pentium/AMD 1.4 ghz 256mb Ram Direct X level 7 video card 2 GB Hard Drive Space
I heard that if you can run Half Life 2 on medium/high settings, BF2 will run decently too, apparently...
Are Vehicles in BF2 full scale, BF2 is going to create some awsome FH maps.
1.5gigherz processor 512mb memory
Requirements will be around - 1.4GHz, 512MB RAM, shadermodel 1.4 supporting gfx card
But as the game is not out yet, Donitz is right, no way to say for sure. But I would think it would be something like the one listed there
It will probably be more than what Fh simply because of map sizes, rag doll and the textures...but im guessing
Remember those will be the MINIMUM requirements. NOT the recommended specs. Recommended specs will probably be what you need to run FH smoothly currently, which seems to be:
1.5-2.0 GHz CPU ~1.0-1.5 GB DDR RAM Soundblaster Audigy 2 zs soundcard or equivalent (though anything is better than onboard sound) DirectX 9.0 compatible video card along the lines of the Radeon 9600 pro or higher. Higher is better.
Obviously some of the above can be juggled around. IE: if you have a weaker processor, get more of the other stuff. If you have a weaker video card, get a tougher processor, etc.
As in active BF 2 community member I can tell you:
Estimated minimum specs (offcial): 1.5 Ghz CPU (not Celeron or Duron) 512 DDR-RAM GPU with 1.4 Shaders (Geforce 4 Ti 4200 or higher I believe)
However, for semi-decent playing: 2.0 Ghz CPU 768 DDR-RAM Radeon 9500 Pro or equivalent...
whats the geforce equivalent to a radeon 9500?
