I post this here because there are more chances of encountering people here that know whom i speak of.

I went to see the movie "sunshine" yesterday (pretty good in my opinion) and the main (?) character's name is...

Spoiler: Show
Robert Capa

Incredible coincidence?

He was one of the few (if not the only one?) fotographers on the beaches at d-day... And he went through a couple of other wars...

Generally considered the greatest combat photographer of all time. His 11 D-Day photographs on Easy Red, Omaha, are all that exist of over 200 he took that morning...the rest were ruined in development.

Now, as to why his name was chosen as a character in Sunshine, I don't know. Is there a clue in what that character does?

Could be a coincidence or maybe they just thought using the name would be fun/nice/whatever. Interesting though.
