Looks like they have not finished beating the dead horse that is the western front yet.:( I have to give them props for making the game such a bitch to mod for. If not for that I think we would have our commies and japs by now and not desire anymore expansions.

Id rather they fix their net code and actually balance the game.

I'd probably play it for the German campaign alone, controlling the Tiger ace should be quite a fun unique experience :)

I'm planning on getting a new computer soon, and I've heard that CoH on high graphics is like a whole different experienced, so I'll probably pick it up.

Ahhhhh fuck COH. Best RTS ever hands down! They can suck my balls though if they think I am gonna pay out any money for another shitty west front game. Screw off you cunts! fuck-you-2.gif Time to give me some japs or commies to shoot at.

Yeah, I would rather like to see the Pacific theatre in a CoH game.

Not impressed by the video, honestly, seems all hollywoodian bulls^H^H^H^H^Heyecandy. Why is the Tiger routinely engaging (or being engaged) at like 10 meters distance at most?

I'd rather wait for Men of War.

You got a point. But what is 'Men of War'?

Men of War :: 1C Publishing games news screenshots videos downloads and online shop

It's a WW2 RTS (actually a real-time tactical aka RTT) supposed to be released in 2009. The previous games in the series had a nice armor (and building!) penetration model considering the genre, although they were not simulators (if you're looking for a simulation you'll be disappointed). In general, the approach to realism is more or less the same as in Forgotten Hope, or maybe a bit more "relaxed" (then of course there are mods)

"Men of War" is actually the name of a single english/international release of the game series, I don't know its original name (and I couldn't read it anyway, being Russian ;)).

The game series has had a rather long and continuous development, from time to time an international version is forked and released in English... unfortunately with a completely different name from the one of the previous release. Names for previous versions include (I think) Soldiers: Heroes of WW2, Faces of War and maybe also Outfront.

Basically they don't have a fixed major publisher for the english/international market, so each version was released with a different (minor) publisher, which probably couldn't use the name of the previous release because it's owned by the previous publisher. Happens quite often with non-english language games not published by one of the majors.
