I have litterally the same PC than you, but I have a X800XTPE instead of a 6800. You won't have problems running anything.. Is it the 1mb cache&2.4ghz 3400+ or is it the 2.2ghz one?

Your PC is fine. I play with a 3500+ / 2MB / 6800, but I've played at top resolution with a 3200 / 2MB / 6600 and had no problems (except very few on the super laggy, dense maps--which was resolved by bumping the resolution down a notch.)

Heh, I used to have a Radeon 8500 as well, with a 2.8 GHz CPU and 512mb ram. I upgraded to a 9800 pro, 3.0 GHz CPU and 1 gig ram. Playing games for the first time on that new system was something else, I almost passed out it was so fking great. I'm just about to order a Radeon X800 XL 256mb card, the 9800 pro is pretty good for it's age but I want to be able to run Bf2 smoother and with higher settings for when FH2 and other mods start popping up.

yes thanks if i get a new 6800GT card will this be ok for FH2 as some people tell me to get a 7800 but i cant afford that, i am sure i will be ok with this AMD 64 3400+ 2gig of ram and 6800GT card :naughty::D

How much are you paying for your 6800gt card? If its the one for £200 on Ebuyer than I would suggest you save/beg/scrape up another £35 and get a 7800gt as its a much better card than a 6800gt. If you can't for some reason get any more money than get this Its better than a 6800gt and the same price.

I've got a X800XL 256MB PCI-E which I have had since March and it runs games fine but its starting to struggle on bleeding edge games so its time for an X1800XT 512MB :)
