The games has a "cartoon-feel" and has been made simpler to play, with more emphasis on participation and fun than skill and strategy.

How is that even possible? How are they supposed to make vBF even more arcade? Freaking laser beams?

I like the idea of a cartoon look for it.. it underlines the arcade feeling which somehow fits BF (atleast BF42).. I'm a bit worried about it though.. I'd like to see it cartoony and all, but I'd like it to play like good ol BF42. I wonder what engine it will be based on..

I'm also skeptical about those micro-transactions for player upgrades. does that mean we don't get any grenades to begin with, and to upgrade to grenades you have to pay 5 dollars, for each kit? *shrugs*

..all I know is that I'll be severly disapointed if naval combat will not make a comeback in BFH.. ..to the point where I'll cry.

-added- just notice this qoute "You will be able to play this game on grandma's laptop"

..aaah.. are we moving back to BF42 engine?

and "Mr Cousins said EA expected 95% of people who played the game never to spend any money."

hmm.. either I'm begining to be optimistic about this game, or Mr. Cousins will have an eventfull visit from Iceland.. :P

I don't know, a cartoony look would just kinda a ruin any dramatic thing that happens. Sometimes things in FH, and even Bf42 work out like a movie, but it wouldn't exactly be the same if its all cartoony. How would they take more strategy out of it anyway, BF2 took out any that they had.

yeah, as mentioned, I noticed that afterwards.. it seems like John Riccitiello might be doing some good after all.

I say that there might be a glimpse of hope for this game. I am, atleast, look forward to it, and slowly begning to be less skeptical.. But I'm not going to celebrate until I get to play it for myself.. There has to be somekind of a catch

And bf2 isnt simple to play?? are they targeting the new lucious market of "gaming for mongloids and retarded" or what? :barf: :(
