Wow. A game on the French Resistance, and not in the strategy genre either.
If it's any good, and rated T, this would actually influence me to get a non-Wii console.
95% chance it has one lone french guy with a sten taking on hordes upon hordes of oppresive nazi invaders.

Haha, yeah. That's exactly what it is. You do battle with your Nazi archenemy nemesis (yes...) inside a flying blimp/zeppelin, and jump off and parachute to safety after you kill him and the blimp you're on is slowly being consumed by fire...
LMAO the lead guy's name is Tom French...
well Tom what do you think we should do for our next title...
I like how they try to make this type of battle sound so obscure. When world war 2 was in full swing Germany, a country far far away, invaded Fraaance, can you pronounce that? Yeah well these people in France, also called the french, were invaded by Germany. Are you writing all this down timmy? After they were invaded there were people who bit by bit tried to take down the evil German empire by killing their men and destroying their equipment...please.
Here's a brain fart:
I want a fictional game to be made where the Japanese invade Alaska and push the town of Americans and all the Eskimos down through british columbia where a major battle is fought with the aide of the Americans and local chinese population, the Canadians are in a bitter fight to push back the Japanese and weed them out of the pacific northwest. Of course there will be the added problem of the japanese population already living in B.C. who will view the invaders more as liberators and yeahh... out of farts
I know how these console games work, they'll never have you be with 100 other bots as a lone soldier attacking enemies, you'll be a lone guy, like a hero, fighting everybody off. MoH perfected this historical accurate genre.
"Irish dude", looks really fun!
I woulda loved to be in that meeting. "What ya got for us today?" "A WWII game." "I heard something about money, carry on." "We got an Irish guy named Sean." "Interesting.." "But he's in France." "Didn't see that coming. How big shall I make the budget?"
Looks vaguely interesting. Medal of Honor: Underground, anyone?
Also, CoD3 has three missions where you're the SAS working with the Maquis. One of the best representations of French resistance combat that I've seen.
