Stealth3BF2 seem to take a little shorter.

Well apparently its been under developement since RtR came out, so thats quite a long time.

I hope they put effort into it and help modders as much as possible. An FH for BF2 would seriously own.

'[SYN hydraSlav']Think again. If you don't remember the first interviews, i will remind you: the game was originally planned to be released in late 2004, but then EA gave Dice another 5 months extra development time. If 5 months extra development time is your definition of "rushed", then i have no clue of what your criteria is.

they said that about BFV too

It is also being made by Trauma Studios so now they will be able to have some community input.

I think it would be nice if it were a subscription based game... kind of...

On one level it would be just like regular BF, with a great (and free) multiplayer element. Easy to pick up and play.

For the more hardcore people (i would consider alot of BF players pretty hardcore, its to damn addicting not to be) there would be a subscription level of play. What do you get with this subscription? New maps and weapons every week or month (a la MMORPG), in house tournaments (like a WaW run by Dice or something), other fun stuff i cant think up right this second...

So you buy the game, then subscribe, pay more. to get new maps and play it on multiplayer. Isnt enough that you pay for the internet?

No, you can play multiplayer free. WIth the subscription you get to be a part of campaigns and tournaments, and you get more maps and weapons and stuff... This would really promote custom maps because you kinda make people get them and play them...
