My friday trip to Kubinka. Kubinka proving ground (NIIBT) is founded in july 1931, more 95% of Kubinka tank museum exhibits - tested in proving ground vehicles.

Whats with the t34 sniper? This some form of variant or just the text on the back of the turret

I Was wondering exactly the same thing! is there a diference?

Edit: I watced the movies what typ of vehicles are thoes in the last movie, looks like a prewar scoutcar and huge aa vehicle!

BTR-40, first soviet mass-production APC. And AA version of BTR-152, evolution of BTR-40.

Problems with rubber in 1942-43. In 1942-43 some tanks have all-metal wheels, some tanks have combination of 2 or 3 types of wheels.
