The models certainly aren't on par with the shi...awesome FH models. :P
JohnWalker;3647704Yeah, that would be pretty bad ass. Though the weapon and charactor models looked sloppy.
what game are you looking at?
yeah... those sure are some sloppy models.
Im waiting for "Natural Selection/source" with dynamic enviroment. As the aliens spread out, the wall fungus or whatever advances with them. NS i always thought was the best HL mod, but its not a game for slow reflex players. Lerking is the best :D
The models look ok to me...
I am looking forward to play new NS too i loved this mod and gameplay.I always played with "Alien" movie models and skins and "Aliens" marines skins it was so coooooooool.Especially when heavy suits were available oh man it was pure awesomness and teamplay.Voice commands were cool too.
This is the game that may tear me away from FH2 for a while.
I'm realy lookig foreward to this game, the zombie infestation concept is handled out realy nicely in it. No matter to how american-ish it still is, it also seems to have some inspirations in the british outlook on the matter. I strongly suggest watching film called "28 Days Later", realy briliant production, so different from amies' "let's hit the nearest gunshop and deal with the zombies".
foodmaniac2003;3646166Are you sure it's a mod? I'm gonna convince my parents this summer to ignore ESRB and get me HL2. I've always wanted to play a zombie game, especially after reading Max Brooks. This indeed, looks awesome. I could probably spend hours playing this and never get bored. :)
Go for original Half-Life first, let me assure you, it's an experience you'll remember. Source of inspirations for tons of games that followed, and simply on top of story telling and creation of engaging atmoshpere.
its a professional mod for the source engine (youl have to buy it over steam), made by the same guys that did counterstrike.
It's not a modification at all, it's a separate game done by Turle Rock Studios, which was responsible for Counter-Strike: Condition Zero and Coutner-Strike: Source bots and few newer levels, but not the original game itself.
What's the release date on this puppy?
Only a target release date, end of spring or summer this year.
so , will I have to pay for it?!?! naaaaahhhh ;p oh dam' it.
This game looks positively awesome...I really want to play a good zombie game :)
I hope it's not too hard on your system however

I've heard so many positive reviews of both :)
