my roommate smells and is annoying. also he snores at night. right now he's talking on the phone and he is talking about something dumb. Also he is a freeze baby (in northern ohio LOLz) and the room is usually hot so it smells worse but now i turned off the heat BAM.

Last year my roommate would come into the room at about four oclock in the morning (a little bit after I went to bed), turn on the lights, and sit down and watch TV for a little while with the volume as loud as he wanted it.

He would stand in front of the mirror in his boxers and stare at himself in the mirror for minutes at a time. This wouldn't have bothered me so much if the mirror weren't in our room and I didn't have to stare at him, too.

His dresser was covered with haircare and skincare products, and all he ever watched was MTV.

He would have girls come over (I have no idea why they kept coming, they seemed to thoroughly dislike their stay) and then have them fall asleep next to him, more out of boredom than anything else. He would then act like he had accomplished something.

He would buy crappy beer with a bad fake ID and then act like he had done the coolest thing ever.

He would latch onto any overused phrase ("OKAY!" and "WHAT?" for any of you familiar with Chapelle's Show) and use it again and again, possibly in hopes that I would eventually come to my senses and realize that it was funny. I made the connection, buddy, but it was barely funny when Dave Chapelle did it. And you are no Dave Chapelle.

He would drop into the room for less than five minutes between classes, turn on his computer's super-long music playlist full of bad songs, and then leave immediately after and be gone for hours.

He talked for hours about girls with one of his friends. Normally this isn't necessarily a bad thing, but imagine sitting down and listen to a horny thirteen year old talk about his daily porn intake and you'll get the tone of these conversations.

He had no morals. He couldn't understand why a guy from down the hall had refused to take advantage of a drunk girl at a party.

My roommate this year is a hundred times better, to the point where he wants to meet this guy so that he can punch him.

On another note, my friend lives in a suite (two rooms that share a bathroom) and his suitemates are the dirtiest people he ever met. He and his roommate got a styrofoam box of food from the cafeteria, wrote the date on the box, and put it in a fairly obvious place in the suitemates' room. They found it...several months later.

Well I don't have roommates but I have a couple of housemates (about 15), nothing too shocking though. One guy was from Germany and he was always asking stuff to borrow, I've gotten everything back though but he didn't give a damn if it was late in the evening or early in the morning. He moved out a couple of months ago. I hate people waking me when I've got a hangover. And a girl that used to live nextdoor once tried to hit on me when she came back from a bar (completely pissed), I told her I wasn't interested because I had a girlfriend at the time. She barfed in the hallway right after I closed my door. Nasty stench all morning. My other neigbour and his now ex-girlfriend were very loud. I think you could have heard them a mile away especially in the summer because they left open a window most of the times. That's about it the rest of my housemates are fairly normal and easygoing people and I've been living more than two years in a student house (or whatever it is called in English) in a Dutch city called Maastricht.

Hold him down with a gag-towel and beat him with towels filled with soap. Or maybe that's a little unoriginal.
