Yeah it looks pretty good, I don't know about blowing CoD away but I would definitely get it (that is if it wouldn't turn my computer into a nuclear device). Are there any other players of the Combat Mission series here? It's not a widely known series though.

same here, the game it self was fun but the grafics and other stuff just seem'd outdated so I decided not to buy it...

RaftermanYou got a website for that? The Close Combat games were some of the first I ever played and still enjoy them. Just checked out the BIA info, it looks good.

The official site is www.closecombat.com Right now there is not much on this site...just a in game screen shot but I know that gamespot has a whole bunch of screenies that look amazing!!

It's modern combat? Psshh. That isn't Close Combat then for me. I played the Bridge Too Far version and it had me hooked for years, having me think of different tactics and maneuvers, and I was only 7! Those games were classics, and still are!

It wasn't designed to have the greatest, top of the line graphics, it's known for it's realism in physics, penetration etc...
