I was there for it, and got pictures! istockphoto_219249_child_playing_xylophone.jpg For real though, it's pretty good. Also, your school has an effin' string section?

Yeah we do, but.....you don't wanna hear it. This may sound mean but, we played the theme from Schindlers List so bad, well, draw your own conclusions...

I think every single school in the world is performing songs from the movie. Here is our high school's senoir orchestra playing it: Pirates of the Caribbean

Man those were some good days for me, back when i was in band class. The hottest chick in our grade played the flute, :D I played Sax and/or Claironette. Unfortunately our band teacher was an old battle axe that insisted on playing only 1940's big band music or old classics like "Moon River". No guitar, and no modern music of any kind was allowed. It really sucked actually. I didnt find a real music scene until after i left school. I took up guitar at 19 and have been playing ever since.

School Orchestra? What the hell? Am I only the only one who goes to a poor ass public school where half the kids can't spell orchestra?

Hey things could be worse; you could live in Maywood, CA.

My music school has an orchestra, I was in it for a while...they are brilliant musicians there (I wasn't). I play the bassoon :p

The funny part about the music school, it's abbreviation was...EMO

In Finland, as far as I know, there are music schools which you can join alongside having normal public teaching. Then you have public schools which are music oriented, which have their own orchestras. I am in the previous one.

Anyway, back on topic....FlyGuy...that is amazingly good music, which school are you in? Is it a music school?

Music school? Nope, just a regular public school(I'm flattered, =D), just here: http://www.braintreeschools.org/bhs/bhs2.jpg It's a SOLID CONCRETE structure, thats completely safe!1!111!1+Shift1.

Marcituchi:You are so right! Everyone does it! Your orchestra sounds very nice, but ours had a movie playing.:-P BTW, I play:BM2330.jpg(upright or double bass, Czechoslavakia) and Violin
