Jolly. Played one match as militia on that new Russia map, shot some Russians, good fun. Then the server disconnected. Now I keep getting kicked for Corrupted Packet Flow. PR now scores 1.0 for killing my BF2. PB setup doesn't work either.

Really unsure whether to try it or not. I think I'm giving it a try, though I guess I won't convince any of my friends to do so either.

You will enjoy the Russia VS Rebels map. It's really good. AK-74 with scope is a very very good weapon.

Say you get an AT weapon, like an ERYX. You wait for it to get all set up, you see a tank, you fire and it zips across the map at near invisible speeds, hits the tank in the tracks, and boom the track falls off, the tank now cannot do anything but slowly spin in a circle, the gun still functions. Or! You can hit them in the turret, and smoke and fire will come out of the engine and the turret stop working and will not turn or fire, but the tank can still drive.

.Invictus.;4779806PR games can be really different for me. I enjoy 30% of them. 70% I only die and wait and when I see a enemy he also sees me and he got a freaking aimpoint while I got a silly SKS. But 30% of the games I got the aimpoint and shoot the hell out of them. Helo's are also fun. Big fail for me, started download at midnight so it would be finished this morning, just left my computer one, it's usual off at night. But I accidently pulled out the connection cable for my internet. Think I tripped over it or something. Bwaaaw, downloading..

You have to play with a squad who has VOIP and knows what there doing, we had a guy yesterday just complaining his ass off because he kept dying, so me and my friend watched him and he'd always take off into the middle of the street and then prone and he'd get picked off by Insurgent snipers. The thing with PR is it's a lot slower then FH2 at parts, you can't just run around. Sometimes you have to be prepared to crawl a grid length through grass. Yesterday I and a whole squad were crawling through grass and an enemy USMC squad was running through it and ran right ontop of us and kept going, so we just got up and bayonetted them.

I thought this kind of thing was impossible in BF2 engine... Have we been lied to?

I know how PR works, really. Played it since first release, hell that wasn't realism at all but it was fun. The PR now is not my type of mod, thats why so many matches are that suckass for me. I really get annoyed by the waiting. Though I fixed PB problem by deleting all files from PB folder and downloading PB setup. Worked for me, had a great match on the Russia Militia map again. Don't like the Middle-Eastern and China maps. Was great fun with my squad. Untill we couldn't get any AT kits and they got 2 T-90's and 2 BTR's. That was definately unfair so I disconnected.

The only part that isn't true is tank tracks don't actually fall off, the side that's supposed to be detracked just compresses as if they're hydraulics so you're left with of your tank lower than the other and if you try to move, you skitter about in a glitchy fashion causing even more damage. Also, it makes your tank, terrain depending, bounce extremely high or not as high but with greater frequency. All in all it's not that great and I'm actually glad, for once, that this PR feature isn't in FH2.
