Interesting, kinda looks like FH for BF2. Almost makes me want to buy BF2 to try it out. But no, I will continue to save that honor for FH2.

This mod is pretty fun when you can get on a good server with a decent squad, otherwise it's a practice in ways to quickly mute your sound while your stuck listening to the all-too-annoying coughing sound for a minute or more. I love the way they do the kits for squads, although some of the damage effects can be rather annoying.

Technically speaking it's a fine mod, meaning i like all the features coded in. Sadly the mod lacks eye candy, and it has alot of bad maps, realism is present heavily in some area's, and in others it's sorely lacking. It's frustrating, even for a realism fps junky like myself.

The maps!? I love them, I think they are unquestionably the best maps out for anything on BF2

I dont know what believe to be "best" about them. But some-one has to explain to me why the hell a mapper would put a couple of spawnpoints in a fenced-off area with only one exit, while there are armored vehicles around. Or how about.. a map with so much grass that it's impossible to see anything unless it's touching you, so much for tactical gameplay, hello spamfest! Or.. youknow what, nevermind. :p

The only thing I don't like is how they have turned every map into push map where you have to cap one flag at a time. It doesn't really work that well with 64 players IMO, 2-3 flags at a time (depending on the map of course) would be better.

I love that grass level, Mao's valley or whatever, crawling through the grass, having enemies step on you because they can't see, popping up to look around only to get a sniper round to the face. Maybe it's just not your style of maps. Ghost Train is one of my favorite maps, I love that giant bridge span.
