Don LaFontaine, familiar to anyone and everyone who has seen even one hollywood movie trailer, has died at age of 68. He died yesterday, september 1st. Rest in Peace trailerman. You will be missed. :(

Damn, so well known yet lacking fame (I would have no clue who the guy was unless you told me he was the famous voice over for holywood film ads). RIP.

I wonder what kind of voice will replace him. Atleast his voice made epic fail movies a tiny bit less worse. "but all that will change" or "untill" etc. made you laugh and then shook you head at the silly plot of the movie. It will be absolute horror when a sucky plot gets announced by a sucky voice over... :( :lol:

A guy that I used to know does it as well, and he can sound exactly like Don, not to be a jerk but I wonder if this will open more doors for him. Cool guy that I remember from school. He was more into acting, got some roles on law and order and 24. It seems like he's getting more into the voice over stuff and you have DEFINITELY heard his voice and probably seen him in a few commercials. [COLOR=blue]Click.[/COLOR]
