any one know where i can find a sherman tank video that is driving or shooting and not getting the hell blown outa it by a shrek or fuast thats all i found on the site posted under guantlets sig dam it lol.. ive googled it and been looking such luck.....=[

Actually, tough I agree with you that Shermans weren't the best tanks of WW II this thingie is called Sherman Crab.;)

well, the shermans werent all that bad. they just stayed in service long after they were obsolete. when first introduced they were superb medium tanks.

I dont think that's a Sherman. Looks more like a Matilda II. It's turret is more angled and not as curved as a Shermans.

I could be wrong though.

As far as I know Hobart's Toys were used on Shermans only, ofcourse there were also special vehicles wich couldn't be replaced by tanks with additions.

Werent these mineclearing equipments mounted on tanks long before the "Hobart's Funnies"? I'm pretty sure the Matilda II were used like this in Northern Africa.
