I am at the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire right now majoring in Political science. I will be studying abroad. Which means I will go to the U of Glasgow for a semester, so the fall of 2010, just 4 months, then come back to finish up school here!

My bad, but to be honest Minnesota and Wisconsin are both pretty bland states. try to go to Scotland in August if you can, there's so much stuff going on that it would make for a great adventure before the weather starts getting really terrible. Glasgow is a real dump but it has so much history that you kind of ignore the shite on the streets that is right in front of your eyes. Definitely explore that country, it's so easy to travel that you would have little excuse not to go to Ireland or hop on some Ryanair flight to the continent. Go visit Lobo if you can, I am sure he would appreciate the company in his retirement home... :p Old people get lonely too you know,

Oh I'll travel for sure. And a dump? I live in Eau Claire. Don't tell me about dumps sir :). And I am from Minnesota, but yeah. And they are bland, with the exception of Madison, Door County, North Shore, Minneapolis and Milwaukee.

You have to visit Edinburgh and when you do, you must attend a soiree at the vaunted Scotsman pub. The toilet in their fine establishment will define your opinion of a"dump" in perpetuity. (great place to party though, right on the Royal mile) Scotland is also the only place that i have ever been where it is openly acceptable to piss yourself in public, during daylight hours. (true story, happened twice on the train and once in Falkirk, the worst part is that nobody even bats an eye about it) @ CPS, i couldn't agree more, the Scottish people are 'unique' and that is a gross understatement.Try to understand them once they have gotten drunk. lol
