I don't know about you guys, but I have been nothing but impressed with the episodes this time around. It's no wonder that this is one of the (if not the absolute) highest-rated show in my demographic. The "Imaginationland Trilogy" and "Guitar Queer-o" episodes were insanely awesome. I can't think of any other show that does such insight on society, in such a ridiculously vulgar and hilarious way. LONG LIVE MATT & TREY!
"Have you been playing Heroin hero?" "It calms down me down man!" "You know you'll never catch the dragon"
I liked how in the Imagination land trilogy, during the "evil breaks loose" part, Christine (a 1958 Plymouth Fury) was in the background. :D
Season 11 is all great except the tourettes episode and the shit episode. Those two made me think for a short time that the show really had gone down the drain. nyuck nyuck nyuck...but yeah it's great.
Lol thought the show jumped the shhhhark, eh?
Dude the tourettes episode was fucking hilarious. I'll give you the shit one, Iw as bored with it, but the tourettes one had me rofling.
It wasn't as bad as the shit episode but I felt disappointed after I watched it. I like the subtleties as well in south park like the whole "terrorists have taken over our imagination and are making it run wild" for example. The tourettes episode didn't have any of that. It just wasn't well thought out and felt, to me, like a filler in the season. Though imagination land has restored my faith in the series.
Fun fact, all the episodes from last spring, (The n*gger episode, Cartman Sucks, and Night of the Homeless) are season XI too, so it pretty much has a lock down on greatest shit ever.
Moose12;4025737Dude the tourettes episode was fucking hilarious....[/quote] I have to agree - it was blowing-milk-out-the-nose funny for me.
"And here's another one of me putting Butters' balls in my mouth." My stomach hurt from laughing.
