Seriously...:p

Ok, so I'm sitting at the PC, talking on the phone (and I was also talking to Archimonde at the time). I'm home alone, its 5 PM. All the sudden I here the door in my garage open. A few seconds after this, I hear a loud bang. I look outside, nobody is home. So I grab a knife from the kitchen, and throw open the door leading to the garage. Nobody was there, yet the door was open. I then walk over to the door to shut and lock it. Only to look up the street and see two Jahova's Witnesses walking rather fast. I then put two and two together, and came to the conclusion that they for some reason entered my house. Now, I then looked around for some gospel tract or something in my garage, but didn't find one. I'm thinking the reason I didn't find one is cause they knocked over something, I still don't know what, creating that loud bang I spoke of. The bang probably scared them off.

Seriously. This can't be legal.

You didn't shoot them? I always thought you were american. No, so, what? It's breach of domestic place or how you call it, or even burglary, so no, it isn't legal,

it's either breaking and entering, or burglary, depending on what exactly they did, considering where it was, probably burglary.

Well it happened yesterday. I think I failed to mention that.

Also, I think its breaking and entering minus the breaking.

If they didn't intended to commit any further crime, it's trespassing. If they were going to commit another crime (whether they successfully did so or not is irrelevant) it would be burglary. "Breaking and entering" isn't a real crime, it's just another name for burglary.

Trespassing it is. But how did you identify them as Jahova's Witnesses? Where they yelling "We don't celebrate birthdays, god bless you!" while they scappered off?

My guess is it was two guys dressed identically walking together. Generally you can tell a Jehova's witness, or at least that they are some kind of religious group.
