Sorry sgt-D :) on topic though, I'm glad for your sake! I myself have been a guitarplayer for several years, but everytime I've seen an ukulele I've grabbed it and done my best to get some listenable tunes from it (don't ask me how it went). Good luck learning it! just one search on youtube and I found this:
also, you could check these guys out (I personally love the monster mash, check it out with "The Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band"). they have made many ukulele covers!
Hehe, just found this as well (same guys). this one put a smile on my face:)
sorry for these following OT words, but I had to correct myself:
well, kind of impossible to be in a happy straight relationship with one who wears pants with buttons on the sides.
edit: oh and Sgt-D, don't forget to show us what you've learned! edit2: santa didn't forget me!:D
'[79thSgt-D;4740699']Thx guys, particularly to Sizum85 :) (nice tutos, I hope it would be helpful :nodding: - I added you rep)
@ Apple, Invictus, VM, Ted : you're just a bunch of stupid mean kids going OT, I hope Santa forget you (and by the way, since you deserve it, Santa doesn't exist :D )
On topic then, bass guitar is the way to go :D
Get a bass ukulele? XD
Yeah, ukelele, that's a sexah instrument:
I build cigar-box guitars, banjos, and mandolins; ukuleles are also popular with the cigar-box builders. I plan to do one shortly. They can be a lot of fun. They can be played very simply, with simple first-position chords, or you can learn more advanced single-string techniques.
If you have any experience with guitar, just tune the thing as the top four strings of a guitar (D-G-B-E) and form guitar chords without the two bass strings.
Nice tuto Ted :)
@Invictus : Santa Claus and Saint Nicolas, or St Niklaas, is the same character (the old paedophile with a white beard)
Here in France he's celebrated only in the north east, on december 6th, the rest of the country uses to celebrate le Père Noël ("Father Xmas") on december 24th (it's basically the same character)
Coca Cola raped him and gave him a silly hat instead of the Church suit =p
Plus change the color of his garments from green to red
Crap, I'm myself going OT
Learning to play is pretty hard, but I'll hope I would be able to show something earable in a few months :)
