Yep, Finally! I've said this for years. When kids in HS would rip me for liking Iron Maiden, Id ask them questions about Genghis Khan or Alexander the Great. Instant blank stares! http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/main.jhtml?xml=/news/2007/03/21/nmetal21.xml ~thanks for listening, ok, I'll put the camo gear back into the trunk.

They only just figured this out? Seriously though, I love rock music as much as the next guy but I don't dress like your typical rocker so I get invited to all sorts of party's with different genres of music and I have to say the rock scene has the most intelligent sort of people with anything and everything being discussed.

But at a party with "Townies" the following subjects are discussed

1) Football, not just about teams and the game.. but about how all city fans need to be twated regardless of age and gender.

2)Tits.

3) some poor kid they beat the crap out of becouse he wore black and "looked at mi funny".

4) Politics. If their is a problem in the world.... Nuke it! Along with any foreigners in this country.

Im kinda down with the "Nuke-it" thing, but then i like explosions... I love HM, and play it regularily on my electric git-box edit: i grew up in the 60's and 70's enjoying those sounds, just wish i could remember it...

WOW, thats some old skool right there!!! Best stories for me are seeing Faith No More in an old converted grocery store right as they were getting big and then watching Max from Sepultura fall off the stage and split my buddies head open with his guitar on the way down. Instant back stage passes!

Not a lot of peeps even know who they are in the states but they did well in europe & japan. Not bad for some home town Memphis boys & yeah, thats a fast way to get back stage. Almost as fast as ripping the prostetic arm off a chick in the front row during a concert & using it to scratch your balls on stage will.
