As my latest contribution of all things exotic, silly or little-known from WWII, I stumbled across a great directory of period propaganda.

http://www.teacheroz.com/WWIIpropaganda.htm

includes links to posters, entertainers, cartoons, films and pin-ups.

My favorites:

http://www.geocities.com/CapeCanaveral/Hangar/1956/indexpinups.html (I don't know about you, but Catherine Hepburn was HOT)

http://ww2.pstripes.osd.mil/02/nov02/mauldin/ (some of these are still funny)

http://www.bombergirl.com/ (should paint one of these on the nose of the TT)

interesting fact about anti-japanese propaganda: american propaganda depicted two distinct types of "jap". a dopey one with buck teeth and an evil looking one with sharp teeth.

Propanda is always much fun to skip through, goes for material by all sites since it's all biased (we call it propaganda for a reason). Nice links!
