The forums staffers think I'm Cool

1. : when you get a lethal hit there should be no indicator showing you where the fire was coming from. because when you are dead you cant tell anybody. some might say that others could see the direction from the wounds ... but if they didnt see you getting shot, they cannot know if you turned around while falling. and if they saw you getting shot, they will have seen the direction of the fire anywhere. so please dont show this indicator for lethal hits. this would make any snipering senseless. a sniper lives as long as nobody known where he is.
2. : i am a tank hunter. my very favorit is to destroy tanks as infantry. but if i killed 10 tanks on map, i have the same points like somebody who killed 10 infanterists. actually i dont give much on points but with the time it really sucks. you should get way more points for killing tanks and aircrafts then for killing infantry ...
For the first idea i say no, the hit indicaters is there to replace the human touch, because if u got nicked by a bullet u would most certainly know where it came from, now if it was a shot to the head then i agree it should not be there. I also agree with the points system being off for aircraft and tanks, i also like to go tank hunting and its not easy like getting infantry game wise, so i think that if u get a tank it should be 3 or 4 points not like 2 for infantry. Same for aircraft only they are easyer to shoot down with AA guns that it is to destroy a tiger tank with a AT gun or bazooka.

Yes the hit direction indicator is abit strange and I doubt even if you get nicked by a bullet you would know where it came from unless you heard the actual shot.
The point system can be removed for all I care, I know it won't happen but it seems people want to have points for everything these days. If a pointsystem was to be included points should only be giving for capping and defending flags. Defending a flag should imo give you more points than capping them. If you win the round your team gets their points doubled. That should be enough incentive to win the round instead of the scoreboard.

I'd rather see the entire point system being removed, but if it's decided to leave it in, it would be cool if points for kills where based upon they way to kill.
For example, artillery is easier to kill with ( as long as you have a good spotter ofcourse ) and can kill masses of players in a matter of minutes, so the points per kill should be reduced to perhaps: 0,4 points per kill.
Taking down a aircraft is harder when you are firing at it with a light machine gun ( MG34 or BAR ) and should be more rewarding then taking the aircraft down with a AA placement.

Most likely it will just cause massive teamswitching waves at the end of each round...
Maybe the points coud be done like in PRMM, depending on the distance of the shot while being a sniper the more points u get, maybe more changes can be made, i dont care for the point systems but it has to be included or alot of people will not play, u know who im talking about.

I think FH² would be 300 % better without those scorewhores...
I do agree to but we need those so we can make the mod popular and then hopfully transform them into real FH players. Its no fun if there is only a feww people at the begining, we need a large comunity to start off with and then create a great comunity like Fh42 is now.

If it aint broke, why fix it? Sure, it would be good to give players more points for blowing up a tank or shooting down a plane but to do away with the point system altogether would be going way too far. Its nice to see payoff for a tough game and its cool to see how good or terrible your friends are doing ;).

We already have a huge community, just check your server browsers, more than enough for me. Screw scorewhores!
