Anlushac11Lots of mobile AA would be good to prevent some pilots from memorizing the fixed locations and dive bombing them... MG42 knows what Im talking about.

I would be happy if there were always 2 or 3 AA units (nerfed if needed) to choose from in the mains that need them so pilots cant just rape a single AA. Bouncing back & forth would make life more interesting for the pilot & the harassing of a main a much more costly proposition.:smokin: 3In battery FTW!

Fair point, but the only drawback on mobile AA is that one might find its never there when its needed.

And often pilots know how to prevent that.

So mobile AA needs to be mixed in with stationary AA. Planes should also have a decent re spawn time, so the skies do remain clear for a moment if you successfully take out a plane.

Realistic flight physics may not make a good pairing ... with the constraints of a typical shoe box sized BF game sky.

Compromise has to be made to allow flying over a few square kilometers of terrain and a severely limited ceiling.

ok here a suggestion, make it so that multi-position planes such as bombers have passenger seats which enable people to fix using the engineer kit.

Very limited to what you could repair in flight. It was usually limited to sutting fuel off to a engine and feathering it.

And the crew had access to fire extinguishers in a B-17.
