I am not a historian, and I do not mainly focus on World War Two, so some of my suggestions on aircraft conversions from Forgotten Hope, into Forgotten Hope 2 May sound stupid and very un-realistic since they may have been a part of the Pacific Campaign and not Normandy Etc, and I am sorry for that, but I have not been able to find a list of aircraft used during the Normandy Campaign, but I believe the US/British need more aircraft with bigger payloads, for example bring back the:
Boeing B-17F "Flying Fortress"
Class:Heavy BomberSpeed:462 km/hArmament:8 x .50 caliber MG 6.000kg bombs
Class:Heavy BomberSpeed:462 km/hArmament:8 x .303 caliber MG 7.000 kg bombs
All you would have to do is change the textures so they look better, and do the other scripting needs etc (idk not a scripter), but I believe it would probably be a bit easier then starting from scratch.
Also a suggestion is a Rail Gun, Yes I know that there is so many rants about a rail gun, but what I was thinking Was... A RAIL GUN, STRICTLY FOR COMMANDERS. Have 1 shot every 30 minutes, and have it able to Level a big area.
More suggestions to come soon. New ones will be better :)
Those are strategic bombers, and prob won't be in FH unless we do a Bombing the Reich style map. Expect to see B-25, Blenheim, He111 or such eventually.
As for railgun...are you high?
I know, there has been a lot of flame posts about the rail guns and stuff, but I believe it would be a GREAT commander asset, it would also be a good spot for a Forward Command/Main Base Location on various maps. IDK its just a suggestion and up for debate/discussion.
I post to get attention

+1 rail gun FTW!!
I'm trying to figure this out.
A rail gun?
Those didn't exist in WW2....
If you mean a railROAD gun, that's a different story. It would be ok, but only maps in which it works, like Anzio for the germans or such, however one must understand that they were not exactly used for normal combat like here, but usually on installations. If there was ever a map for say, Sevastopol, it would work, but if there was an Anzio map, it could only be shown really for use on the beaches and such, it wasn't used on frontline combat troops, which would be what FH shows. So honestly, its a very limited thing to have ingame.

I wouldn't say that you're not a scripter, I mean you have dabbled a bit here and there say with an aimbot on your server, all the while pretending as though you didn't have one while the opposing side was calling you out and then finally banning me for being the most vocal about it for, of all things, "using an aimbot".
I didn't ban you, for one, and for two I do not hack, and for 3 please do not turn this into a Flame Thread...
Yes, sorry I mean a Rail Road Gun. But it would most likely be a commander asset, example: To destroy assets at an enemy base, or to quickly take out the area for your troops to move in safely. But only be able to be used once every 30 minutes, or maybe even once or twice a round. Like I said, its up for discussion.
Yes, but the problem is historical accuracy. Railroad guns were not exactly commonly used, you only see them in some battles in Italy, and Sevastopol. Otherwise, its a rather specific thing to put it something that can be used once or twice. And what happens when an idiot becomes commander, fires it off aimlessly, and then it can't be used again, screwing your team over? Also, really, only the germans used them to any common number (if you can ever call use of railroad arty in WW2 common), so only they would get them. And only at maybe 2 maps for all of FH2. Rather a waste.

Fine but at the time, I had been playing too much bf2 and its' mods to know that your aim was too good and that something was up and I had played with you before and there was a noticeable difference.
Okay thank you for the input, like I said, I am no historian so I appreciate the input. Suggestions Withdrawn (New good suggestions coming, but I do not want to overwhelm the FH2 Dev team, and make the Normandy Campaign release longer away).
