Pietje;3446561Well, i could for example make an attempt at contacting the site's owner and kindly request him for proof of his citations. I wouldnt be so quick to say the information on his website is wrong, though. Maybe it is true, who knows?
I'm not saying he is wrong I simply saying that the information he's given needs a source to be taken at face value.
have any devs given this a thought>?
I recall reading about American Shermans in the pacific having tree trunks (and presumably other wooden bits) strapped to their sides to help protect some weak spot against Japanese light AT guns.
There are a number of Shermans on FH1 which have extra protection attached. See "sand bag sherman" on Falaise Pocket, for example.
I want schürzen!
Some pictures to go along with the thread:
that is a very god pics i love it i hope a dev takesa good look at this please besides the sand bags
I'm all for a few variations. but it's probably about the last thing on the Dev list, for good reason.
A number of different vehicles in FH1 had various types of (both improvised and officially authorized) extra armor, which AFAIK, was reflected in the armor characteristics of each tank so protected.:nodding:
