Is there a way to make backblast lethal? According to my book, backblast is lethal 15 ft away from the tube, then the rest is severe burns, etc

what weapon bud? like bazookas? I am sure it is more then possible... hopefully soon one of the devs will give their input on it

Does the Faust have backblast? Becasue I remember the russains used captruned ones to blows down walls between houses to get between them along with kill everyone in the romm they were firing into.

I think on the panzerfaust it says something like: Caution: backblast... so says the one in your sig

haha, would be fun weapon if you used it right, all ya gotta do is get close enough, then turn around and the backblast will kill the enemy.

^lol you'll have to do more than turn your back. :P Finally I'll be able to just plunk a faust round around soldiers and not have to time my shot perfectly to get more panzerfaust vs. infantry kill.

It's for sure possible to make the backblast of anti-tank weapons lethal in BF2. The dev team of POE2 did it. Over and over I killed both myself and a couple of clanmates while shooting the Panzerfaust 3 in a small room. The only thing is: it was a 'bug' or 'unexpected feature', cause they removed the backblast from these kind of weapons in there latest build (version 1.1.5):

I for sure like to see this 'feature' in some kind of form been implemented in FH2. Not only because it's both realistic and fun, but the backblast issue also gives the game an extra gameplay/ tactical dimension.

There was no back blast feature in PoE2. The rockets simply orriginated slightly lower than the barrel so you contiually shot windowsills/sandbags. when you poped out from behind cover.

It is definately possible.

Sounds good to me. Along those same lines can you make it where if your realy close to the muzzle of a tank when it fires it blinds you with the dust kicked up & deafens you for some time? Just curious.
