Hey, I'm just wondering, why are there no bayonets in this mod? I mean, pretty much every army used them. They're even modeled on some of the guns that the team has made! How am I supposed to do a Banzai charge without a bayonet?

By screaming banzai and shooting them? :P

Seriously, the devs are just working on the code AFAIK and the animation, problem is, they can't use road to rome's animation/code as it would be 'nicking it'. I think that is correct...

How about the BF 1918 mod then? Did they made an own animation or did they sell their souls to DICE? Their animations looks very similar to the DICE one anyway :P But back to the Topic: BAYONETS TO THE PEOPLE!!! WE NEED THEM AND WE NEED THEM NOW!

Swe_Flying_FrogHow about the BF 1918 mod then? Did they made an own animation or did they sell their souls to DICE? Their animations looks very similar to the DICE one anyway :P But back to the Topic: BAYONETS TO THE PEOPLE!!! WE NEED THEM AND WE NEED THEM NOW!

I agree , bayonets are a must.

Talking about animation why cant the stationary MGs look like there getting reloaded. can they just take the animation form DCF with the SAW(assault class, MG) ?If it was able to be done i would first make the browning's 50 and 30 cal mg's animation, and then i would do bolt action rilfes an make them sorta reload like BFV.?

well you should think more beofre you ask FH is just a beta wich means its not done yet thats why ... maybee later ...

Stationary MGs are vehicles, not hand weapons. Anyways, I have to speak out. Taking animations from Dice is fine, but wtf is all this talk about FH asking other mods for their things or copying what other mods do? It's like in every suggestion thread. You guys think that FH should be a culmination of all mods or just what FH can do?

Okay then, smartass, why are bayonets a lower priority for the team than, say, shotguns, which were used a lot more rarely in the war?

because shotguns are cool :) i mean really, who doesnt want to shoot someone in the head at point black range with a shotgun and see how far they fly? :) but yeah, bayonets would be good
