I was thinking of a totaly different Berlin map. To give you an example: the Berlin map from MOHAA Spearhead.. There you can find a city center square, with the Reichstag for example.. The BF1942 maps had not included a Reichstag so far, and we know that the Reichstag had played an important role during the war. With the flag on the roof, and a spawn point in the Reichstag itself. So when the spawn point gets captured (by the Germans or Russians), the flag on the roof changes, that is realistic and historicly accurate. It would be great if it would be included in FH2:D . http://www.fkoester.de/berlinfahrt/berlin/img/reichstag6c.jpg In Berlin there are also those rivers wich flow through the city, just like in the original BF1942 map, those are also very important. So what you can do is(maybe), mix the original BF1942 map things (rivers, bridges) with the hopefully new things (Reichstag, a few 88's, Tiger tanks..).
Well, with BF2's dynamic lighting indoor maps should look somewhat better, like the reichstag, but im not sure the germans would stand much of a chance against hordes of ppsh moneys, they didnt irl >.>
One map for the battle of the reichstag and one map for the battle of berlin....
The germans could be given the advantage of hand grenades. They knew the enemy was coming, and they prepared themselves. Letting the germans have rich supplies of hand grenades would definitely give them a fair and significant advantage. The russians on the other hand should have very limited supplies of hand grenades.
For instance, each german could have 1 hand grenade, and a axis-only grenade resupply ammo box (hidden away somewhat to prevent grenade spamming, for instance behind two doors).
AlakazouOne map for the battle of the reichstag and one map for the battle of berlin....
The Reichstag IS in Berlin, it is a building. What I meant was a big Berlin map with the Reichstag in it. And the supplies must be equal for both sides.. except tanks. IRL the Germans had 88's, King Tigers, Tigers in Berlin.. none of that can be found in all those other BF1942 maps, so maybe a reminder for FH2..? As for the Russians, they had an IS2 tank (wich is included in FH1 Berlin map) And T-34-85's ofcourse. During the battle of Berlin the Germans had about 20 tanks, the Russians had 1500.. But I know that this mutch can't be included on a map, so just estimate it on: Germans 6 tanks, Russians 10 tanks.
more like 3 axis tanks kt tiger and panzer 4 or something and 10 russian tanks
this has been discussed allready, search for the thread.

I know that. The reichstag was a big building... One map for the reichstag(big battle in the reichstag and its surroundings)ans an other map for Berlin with the arch.
You mean the Brandenburg Gate, and maybe the Reichschancellory. Lots of Panzerfausts, because practically all Berliners had one, and the axis should play as the Hitlerjugend or SS.
The Hitlerjugend was basicly SS commanded. There is also the 12.SS Panzergrenadierdivision "Hitlerjugend", but i dont know if they were involved there. ANLUSHAC!!!!!!!!!?????????????????
