Can we get rid of the tanks that bounce into the air when they explode? this looks really cheep imo. I dont think a 40 ton piece of steel is going to jump into the air after i shot it in the side (no matter how much i suprised it )

while were at it, can we get the destroyed models redone? maybe have the turret blown off? that would look cool

I totally agree, there's nothing more annoying than to see a tank corpse dance. It not only looks stupid, but I'm tired of getting killed by the wrecks when they fall back to the ground. 10 ton tanks dont do that, let alone 40 ton tanks.

Here's my personal little idea:

- Tank gets hit and instead of blowing up, it's left on fire for a while. - After a short period of time, the tank blows up. Similar to Call of Duty's, except the tank wreck is left on fire untill it fades away.

I also think that the wrecks need to be redone. The Devs said they were on to this, after seeing the King Tiger and Ferdinand wrecks we know what standard can be achieved.

exactley, but you have to have sum of that, like a sherman"jumbo" blasting a PzKpfw 38...now that thing gunna bounce.., but I would like an idea, if u got shot or sumthing in the side like the side of the tank would be bashed in..and I think they do start on fire, or mabey even if the side of the tank got hit, than the tank would not drive correctly, and like the side u got hit in would not work. example shell hits the right side, you can not use the right side anymore 'd button"

I wish all tanks would burn for a while before being destroyed completely. Realistically tanks rarely blew up that quickly and normally the crew was killed inside or escaped from a damaged vehicle.

This but lots more flames and some more damage. should not be completly damaged.... one hit tank goes up in flames but places not hit should remain the same. this is why ui wish every part (side ) of the tank would have its own render of being hit.but any how....

actualy most tank crews were killed because of spalling (armor chipping when hit, then flying around the inside at leathal speed) so you might see a tank on the battlefield that looks like its still alive and in good health (save for maybe a hole or two) but the crew inside are dead. A good portion of at weapons were designed to kill the crew and not nessisaarily destroy the tank...since if you destroy the tank you kill the crew anyway, they just eliminate the middle man

Flipping finwars tank looks are awsome smake and fire every where on the tank. its alot better than FH is. but the flames come at 0 health. but not destroyed. i thinkm in FH that would happen it would be inguiled in flmaes like finn wars tanks but wiht in 15-25 seconds it would explode either igniting the shells in it, fuel etc. shells = turret fly off, fuel line hit = tank hull really screwed up. but fuel ine and shells explosion = turret of the turret ring and huill really screwed. but Finn wars did really well with tank damage. just tank need to side there in flames then blow up after time not imediate.

Erm i think that's the whole point in Anti-tank rounds of all kinds...

The shell penetrates the armour - melts the metal and forces it around inside the tank usually killing the crew. Sometimes the penetrating shell can also ignite fuel or ammo and it blows the tank.
