Mr.MuFfYeah, the british unifroms need to be more brownish. Currently they look just green.

I'd say they look more khakiish than green.

But yeah, the Krauts wore shorts too. You'd have to be crazy not to out in the sweltering desert.

Some scotts still wore kilts on ww2 into combat, but they were worn overtop and behind thier uniforms (like a sash).

Since we got on the subject of kilts:

I think those pictures were taken in 1941-1942. They might have stopped wearing them later in the war because I have a picture of the Highland Division coming ashore (D-Day I think) and they are wearing trousers.

Yes. Desert color was for the desert. Green was for the jungle. Brown was the standard color used in Europe.

The problem is in FH, all of them are desert color.
