There's difference between experimental weapons that were planned to see serice but didn't because the war ended, and x-weapons that didn't service because they were cancelled in due turn.

For example, the often mentioned maus was planned for full-scale producion at things gone on. However, the also mentioned p1000 ratte etc, was cancelled pretty early in the war.

A fantasy map, intent on on being the best possible extroplation of a bf 1946 isn't going to include projects cancelled , only a total fantasy re-creation would. Such as a map set in 46 but featureing cancleed weapon projects like that aircraft for example.

THe aircraft is 'interesting', but there so many better xperimantal aircraft to be done even in that category nevermind regular aircraft, I think the only way it would be done is if you made it yourself.
