wish it could be done, and have stuff thats on fire catch other stuff on fire!! so like if a burning soldier gets close to another flamible thing, it goes up in flames. ah, pipe dreams are fun.
If its the simple things that can be done, there should be the possibity for 1stly, German Flamethrowers, then American flamethrowers as 1st priority, then flame throwing tanks, then late WW2 planes which dropped Napalm. I persoally cannot see how poeple would 'burn' but that should be next priority if possible. About burning buildings, I think if more wooden huts could be blown up (Afterall, they are simple wood and so tank, Ship barrage and arty barrage should be able to level them and kill all those within them)... If burning does cause that much lag, then it shoud be used sparingly ad not for EVERYTHING - Playability is more important than look, I think...

Same here beiatch
I dunno guys, If they're incorporating a bleed system, where once you're shot, you bleed, depending on how they do it, it might be possible. I think a death animation would be funny. Like if you're killed by a flamethrower, your body just immediately starts running towards the nearest enemy. That would be hysterical.

Ok I know NOTHING about programing, but it seems to me that if your computer has to keep track of everything in the game environment to determine if it is normal, burning, or burnt, that is going to slow things down a tad...
