Dose anyone els other than me think FH has gone a tad over board with the camo on both soldiers and vehicles? not every vehicle was camoed, and most soldiers did not get camo as standard issue for troops. Most had to be made in the field, and same gos for vehicles often before battles even started was the bast time. Don't get me wrong I like the camo it's a nice change from the old BF way where every thing is one color, but it's getting to be too mutch for me and others to take in this mod. Remember this is WW2 not modern day where almost all troops have some form of camo on hand. I would just like some of the new maps coming to not have camoed vehicles and soldiers on them cause it's starting to be a new BF trend to have camo on everything. Some non camo tanks like the Panzer4H, and Tiger, KongsTiger, and Panther would be nice. As well as the British Chuchill, Cromwell, and Matilda. Some non camoed japanese tanks would be nice too.
IIRC the German tanks were issued with tubes of color paste which could be smeared as is on the tanks like dabs of paste and then smeared or mixed with water or gasoline and put on the vehicle like paint. It is true that the majority of front line combat vehicles were camoflauged either with camo paint or vegetation.
Most US vehicles did not carry cammo and with Russian vehicles it seems to depend on where the vehicle served whether it carried camo. IIRC Leningrad front was more ikely to carry a woodland camo.
Brits were not big users of cammo either but again where the vehicle served made a difference. Camo was used fairly often in North Africa, not so much in Italy, and not that much in Europe.
The finky Jap camo was standard on many of thier tanks but not all. Again it depends on where the vehicle served. Pacific had alot of camo and CBI tanks seemed to be mostly solid green.
likewise not all polish tanks used camo. One thing about camo on soldiers that doesn't look so good is when they all get camo jackets but no camo covers for the helmet (or it could be because the helmet skin looks like it's 50 years old)
I take what n0e says way too seriously

Camo or not, with that ugly neon tag on top it does not matter

Play on a server that has low nametag distance. I am so tired of people complaining about tag distance to the mods, when they should take that complaint to the server admins instead

That was not a complaint,it was a statement.
most (ie, almost all) late war german tanks had camo, weither it factory painted or applied in the field.
I'll agree that german cammo infantry uniforms are getting a tad too common. I need to go whine at heartman to get that random uniform code in.
The Germans were great at camoflage and used it extensively. They even painted there entire airfields so they couldn't be photographed obliquely. They were real experts at it.
A little less camo and maybe a few more kits that could have something like the camo tent like in GC would be fun, such as for the sniper class, but I think the current version is fun. Besides, it helps combat the problem with not having as much concealment as there would be in real life.
