Ya know i was thinking....why dont the tank cannon barrels have collision meshes...so when you turn the turret and the barrel hits a tree...the tree stops it...right now your barrel will go though everything and anything...i was wondering if it was possible or if there was some major reason why I havent seen this
Depending on the tree, the turret would topple that vegitation right over.
Other than that, it works for me.

Yeah, DC has collision meshes on the turrets. Firstly it's great for knocking off enemy infantry off your tank. Secondly, it stops people from putting the cannons through walls and still firing and killing everyone inside.
I never understood why FH didn't put collision meshes on the turrets. I guess they just didn't have the time ;)
Not to mention on DC it's fun to ram an enemy tank and knock him away with your barrel to screw up his aim.
Yup it is very good at knocking off enemy inf off your tank, especially the jerks with the MG's that keep shooting you.
When I try and put a barrel inside a building, the shell explodes on the wall anyway? Well, any other way would be lame anyway I guess.
But anyway, I must say I'm somewhat against having such a collision mesh. It's already too damn easy to get stuck in trees, buildings and everything else. Add a cannon that makes you unable to aim in forests etc and we have a winner. And for assault guns like StuG III G and Jagdpanzer that'd be very bad too.
Very simple explanation: If your tank is standing next to a house, and you turn the turret against the wall, the turret won't stop. It will actually push your tank away from the house, looking really rediciolous.
